Do you have Debit Card / Credit Card services?

Yes, we do accept credit, and debit cards to place your orders 

Do you have a delivery facility to different parts of the UAE?

We're currently based in Dubai and are excited to be expanding our services across the entire UAE

How to place a bulk order for large events?

Yes, you can write a mail to [email protected] or [email protected] for the bulk order request 

Can I do one order with different dates?

Unfortunately, our system doesn't currently allow us to place a single order to deliver on different dates. 

Can I have multiple addresses in my account?

Yes,’ you can add multiple addresses as the delivery location. 

Can I add my events and special occasions?

Yes, you can add your special occasion like birthday, Anniversary etc,.., so our system will send you the notification to plan your with Wowvir to celebrate the occasion.

Can I add multiple addresses to the address book?

Yes, the customer can create multiple addresses of his recipients or his flat / office locations 

Can I add multiple products from different categories?

Unfortunately, our system doesn't currently allow combining items from different categories in a single order. To accommodate your needs, you can complete your existing order and then place a separate order with another category. 

Can I place an order from a different store at a time?

Unfortunately, our system doesn't currently allow combining items from different stores in a single order. To accommodate your needs, you can complete your existing order and then place a separate order with another vendor

Do you allow the store pickup?

Absolutely! We offer convenient store pickup. During checkout, simply choose "Store Pickup" and select your preferred date and time. This will notify the store about your arrival, ensuring your order is ready when you arrive.
