You’ll receive instant notifications for every new order, allowing you to stay on top of your business at all times. Our order management system is designed to be intuitive and efficient, so you can focus on delivering exceptional service and growing your business.

The commission fee powers WOW VIR, helping us deliver a seamless experience for both vendors and customers. It covers marketing, platform enhancements, and fair compensation for our dedicated delivery partners. A portion also supports customer service, product upgrades, and operational costs. This fee ensures everything runs smoothly, allowing your business to grow while we handle the rest!

Yes, we understand that sometimes you may need a break or experience high demand. You can easily pause orders through your POS system by adjusting your availability settings. Simply set your store to “busy” for 30 or 60 minutes, and customers will be informed of longer prep times. This feature allows you to manage order flow and ensure a smooth operation when you're ready to accept orders again.

Your first payment will be processed 15 days after your first order on WOW VIR. Following that, payments will be made bi-weekly, ensuring a steady cash flow for your business. This payment cycle is designed to support your operations while maintaining smooth platform functionality.

Once your store is live on WOW VIR, you’ll begin receiving orders from customers. You’ll have access to a range of tools to process orders, track deliveries, and engage with customers. Our dedicated Vendor Support Team will be there to assist you, ensuring your store’s success and providing continuous support.
