There are no shops/vendors available in your location, what does it mean?

Our app usually suggests near shops based on your delivery location, whether it's your current location or the recipient's. However, in some cases, we might not yet have partnered with shops Near your chosen delivery area. If you see a message saying there are no shops available, Please know that we're actively expanding our network and adding more partner shops in every location. We appreciate your patience while we work on it.

How long does the online payment refund process take?

It typically takes 7 to 15 business days for the refund to reach your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time

I forgot to add an item to my order, what do I do?

Don't worry if you haven't placed your order yet! You can still return to the previous pages, select the product from the same vendor, and complete your checkout

If you have already placed the order, you have to make a new order 

Can I track my orders?

Yes, the you can track your order from the MY ORDER section. Go to WOW VIR website, login to your account. Navigate to my order. Here you can track your order status.

Can I do one order with different dates?

Unfortunately, our system currently doesn't allow selecting different dates for items within a single order. However, we're actively working on improving this functionality and it will be available in future updates

Can I have multiple addresses in my account?

Absolutely! You can add multiple addresses for flower, cake, perfume & Chocolate delivery, you have to select the saved address and the Google location at the time of selecting the product.

If I place an order, how long does it take to receive the order?

Most of our orders will be delivered in 30-60 minutes same day delivery. However, special products like designer cakes and customized flower bouquet may take additional time to prepare. You can check the estimated preparation time for each product on its detail page when you are placing the order.
