ELECTRONIC PRODUCT REGISTRATION

When you buy and install a new product, we may ask you to register your purchase electronically. When you do, we merge your registration information with any information you've already left with us (we call that information your personal profile). If you haven't previously registered with us, we create a personal profile for you from your product registration information. As mentioned above, every registered customer has a unique personal profile. Each profile is assigned a unique personal identification number, which helps us ensure that only you can access your profile.

When you register, we create your profile, assign a personal identification number, then send this personal identification number back to your hard drive in the form of a cookie, which is a very small bit of code. This code is uniquely yours. In order to make this work, we need to share information about you and your order with the other parties who help enable the service. This includes, for example, the Personal Shopper(s) who pick and deliver your order.

· With your consent or at your direction We will share your information with entities outside of WOW VIR when we have your consent to do so or it is done at your direction. For example:

· If you enter loyalty card information from a particular retailer, we share that information with the retailer you chose along with your order so that information can update your loyalty card account.

· If you share a recipe publicly on WOW VIR it is viewable by anyone along with your first name and last initial.

· If you invite friends to use WOW VIR through our referral program WOW VIR we will share some information with the friends you invite like your name and phone number.

· For external processing We sometimes employ third parties outside of WOW VIR to process information on our behalf in compliance with this Privacy Policy and using other appropriate security and confidentiality measures

· For legal purposes We share your information when we believe that the disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process, or requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities, (b) prevent, detect, or otherwise handle fraud, security, or technical issues, and (c) protect the safety, rights, or property of any person, the public, or WOW VIR  

· On a non-personal or aggregate basis We share information with retailers and advertisers on both a non-personally identifying basis (including order and delivery details but not including credit card information) and an aggregate basis.

We may also share your information between and among WOW VIR and its current and future parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and other companies under common control and ownership.

 *We also provide riders and delivery recipients with receipts containing information such as a breakdown of amounts charged, driver or delivery person first name, route map, and such other information required on invoices in the country or region where the picker operates.

You agree that we may allow carefully selected third parties, including without limitation to marketing and advertising companies, our affiliates and associates, to contact you

about services that may be of interest to you. They may contact you by telephone, sms as well as by e-mail. 

If you change your mind about being contacted by these companies in the future, please let us know by using the mentioned email address set out below and/or by amending your profile accordingly.
